For three nights, from October 24-26, the inaugural Culinary Innovators, supported by Dubai Calendar and held at The Spaces, ICD Brookfields, offered a unique experience by bringing together the best chef talent in Dubai for an epic trio of nights featuring live jazz, outstanding wines, plenty of champagne, and fine dining.
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, emphasised the significance of the multi-chef collaboration in elevating Dubai’s restaurant scene:
