The inaugural Gault&Millau UAE Gala and accompanying 2022 guide made a big deal of Ossiano at Atlantis, The Palm.
Chef Grégoire Berger was named Chef of the Year, the restaurant received three toques and scored the highest rating of the year with 15.5, which also resulted in it being named Restaurant of the Year.
The restaurant, which has views of Atlantis’ aquarium, has been transformed since Berger returned to the kitchen in March 2022.
His Metanoia menu draws on his childhood in Brittany, travels across the Far East and life experiences.
The Ossiano review in the first Gault&MIllau UAE guide says: “As ever under Berger, Ossiano’s dishes are presented in ways that will make you rethink every culinary experience you have ever had in this city.”
