Gault&Millau’s restaurant of the year Ossiano is hosting a special four-hands dinner next month, as chef Grégoire Berger will be joined by Andoni Luis Aduriz.
The renowned Spanish chef, of acclaimed restaurant Mugaritz, will be sharing the kitchen with Berger for two nights.
Aduriz is famed for his creativity and challenging diners with his iconic dishes, which include edible rocks, meat macaron and glazed garlic. His restaurant, Mugaritz, in Errenteria (Gipuzkoa) northern Spain is known as one of the best in the region and is applauded for its innovative plates.
The ten-wave dinners will take place on Wednesday November 8 and Thursday November 9 at the four-toque restaurant at Atlantis The Palm.
“Paying homage to seasonality and world-class produce, cumulating in a series of exceptional dishes representative of works of art, guests will be invited to embark upon an immersive journey, with every chapter of the story interpreted through the culinary lens of each chef,” says the Atlantis team.
It is part of a series of top-name collaborations in 2023, which has seen Berger collaborate with chefs including Josh Niland and Joan Roca.
