Head Chef Luca Crostelli has created a carefully crafted menu that presents a hearty and comforting mix of traditional Italian dishes. With over 14 years of culinary experience, Crostelli – who is the son of Jumeirah Al Qasr’s Chef Beatrice Segoni of Pierchic – stays true to his Italian heritage, ensuring that every bite has guests craving for more.
Designed for sharing, the menu features Southern Italian staples such as Carpaccio Di Manzo, Tagliere Cala Vista, Crudo Di Orata and Fritto Misto. With the option for gluten-free dough, diners can also explore a selection of wood-fired pizzas with flavours such as La Burrata, La Picante and La Carpaccio Di Manzo.
